Shipping Policy
At Nvctus Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at customerservice@nvctusapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned for 14 days after the delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
All sale or discounted items, including items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We do not issue cash refunds for returns.
Instead, we offer store credit for eligible items within 14 days from the date the order was delivered.
Due to limited quantities, we are unable to accept exchanges at this time.
We reserve the right to deny or refuse a return at any time.
